Jessica Alba’s proudest moment came when she was just seven - when she helped a bullied boy learn how to swim. The actress recalls saving the kid from a group of bullies, who were diving on top of him at her local swimming pool, and then teaching him the ‘doggie paddle.’
Alba, a self-confessed “expert swimmer”, tells MTV News, “Everyone jumped on top of him - it was like this game of, ‘Let’s jump on top of the kid that can’t swim.’ He was drowning. I saved him and I pulled him out (of the water). He had tears coming out of his eyes and he was choking.
“My biggest accomplishment was getting him back in the water because my mom was like, ‘Once you get kicked off the horse, you get right back on that saddle …’ and he got back in the water and I taught him how to doggie paddle … My mom gave me bonus points for that one.”

Jessica Alba takes over from Lindsay Lohan in “Bill”
Jessica has landed a great new role in a new indie movie called Bill, from Reuters:
Jessica Alba and Elizabeth Banks have joined Aaron Eckhart in the indie comedy “Bill.”
Eckhart plays the title character who, fed up with his job, his wife (Banks) and his life, finds himself the reluctant mentor of an unruly teenager. His life hits an all-time low when he catches his wife having an affair. But with the help of Lucy (Alba), an intriguing saleswoman, he regains his lost sense of self. Lindsay Lohan, who was attached to play the unruly teen, recently dropped out of the film.
Principal photography begins Thursday in and around St. Louis. The screenplay was written by Melisa Wallack, who also will co-direct the GreeneStreet Films project with her husband, Bernie Goldman.

Jessica discovered dolphins got aroused by her presence when she was shooting dolphin drama “Flipper.”
Says Jessica:, “I don’t know if anybody knows this but dolphins get excited, even when you are a human being - and they have long, long… (penises). I didn’t know this until I was being poked by a few of them, which was very rude. I think I learned my lesson. I sort of request female dolphins after that because those are horny little bastards.”

The actress - who is due to start filming ‘Fantastic Four 2′ in August - wants to sun her breasts while holidaying on the beaches of Europe, but is paranoid the paparazzi will catch her out.
She said: “I would do if it were just me and my guy, but the paparazzi seem to pop up everywhere.
“I think I’ll be wearing a bikini. Bikinis are more flattering on my body.”
