Jessica did so after 4 years of being a born-again Christian. She quit the faith, because she was accused of deliberately trying to attract men.

She said to the magazine:

"Older men would hit on me and my youth pastor said it was because I was wearing provocative clothing, when I wasn’t.

"It just made me feel, like, if I was in anyway desirable to the opposite sex, that it was my fault, and it made me ashamed of my body and of being a woman."

Speaking about the Bible, she added:

"I thought it was a nice guide, but it certainly wasn’t how I was going to live my life."

It is all over guys, she’s taken, forever… At least as a Fantastic Four member…

Shootings for the Fantastic Four 2 is taking place these days and here are some pictures off this sequal.

Jessica Alba is interviewed in next month’s issue of Elle Magazine (on newsstands, today). As always, we’ve got the highlights of the interview as well as scans of the interview itself:

On her multiethnic background: “Mostly people just didn’t know what I was. They couldn’t really categorize me. Katie Holmes is, like, the most ethnic girl [casting agents] have ever seen.”

On being better known for her body than her work: “With my friends, I’m a total fool, but only they see that. When I go on set no-one wants me to look gawky or weird. They want me to look like this version of this girl. That’s boring to me.”

On her nudity policy: “I don’t do nudity. I just don’t. Maybe that makes me a bad actress. Maybe I won’t get hired in some things. But I have too much anxiety.”

On not having role models: “I don’t really worry about other people because I’m so different. I like paving the way because then there are no expectations. There’s only what I create.”

On her fashion style: “I never dress for men—I dress more for women. I’m not the mini-skirt-and-cleavage girl, ever.”…“I’m guilty, in an LA way, of wearing too many sweatsuits, but it’s because of work. I have such long hours that I want to be in my pajamas.”

On her infamous Golden Globes v-neck Versace gown: “I always thought Versace was for women who were more slender. I don’t think I have very nice legs, and I thought you have to have a perfect body to wear it., but somehow I kind of got away with it.”

Spike TV ran their Scream Awards show this week, with some interesting “Sexiness” related categories. The most important award (as far as I’m concerned) went to Jessica Alba for being the “Sexiest Superhero” for role in The Fantastic Four.

Personally, I wouldn’t mind Jessica shopping next to me right after her workout, but this guy is quite sweaty, ya know.

Aparently, it isn’t only you that is interested in Miss Alba… This past August everyone else did as well. In fact, Jessica was the most searched person on the net for the month of September.

This is based on Celebopedia’s stats placing Jessica’s page high above other hot celebs such as Orlando Bloom, and Angelina Jolie. Congrats Jess.

Jessica Alba does have some lovely lady locks. And all thanks to her stylist Robert Ramos, the co-owner of the Hollywood based Estilo Salon.
