Jessica Alba is coping with the fact that her body is growing changing and while she used to really hate it, it sounds as if she learned to deal with these changes.

Jessica spoke on The Today Show where she said that while the change was not a surprise for her, it was the additional feelings that came with it that did, “You go, ‘What’s happening?’ You definitely have to go with the flow.” Alba added “You have to surrender, but it’s a shock to the system.”

On having her first child Alba said “I’ve always loved kids and I’ve always wanted kids, so this is, you know, it’s kind of perfect.”

“I feel really blessed. I feel really lucky. This is the best time ever … It’s the best year.”

On possible wedding: “I’ve thought about [getting married]. I’ve thought about it, yeah.”

Rumors across the net say that Jessica Alba is to have a boy. While Alba refused to tell David Letterman whether she is having a boy or a girl, sources at the Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor say Alba shopped for boy clothes.

According to the source “Jessica ordered nautical-themed baby furniture for her nursery. Then just as she was leaving she picked up a blue Huddy Buddy romper suit with ‘I’m A Boy’ written on the front.”

It is quite possible that Jessica was shopping for a friend (JLo?) but I am sure that if it really is a boy, Cash must be happy.

Jessica Alba is one of many Latinas who do not speak Spanish, however, Jessica feels as if she is being ‘picked on’ for that fact. “No one gives Cameron Diaz a hard time for not speaking Spanish,” says Alba. “Her dad’s Cuban, and I was telling her I feel so bad because everyone is so nasty to me for not speaking Spanish. She’s like, ‘I don’t speak Spanish! I barely speak English!’.”

Wonder what triggered this comment? Well, Alba was apparently turned down for a role in Spike Lee’s 25th Hour after the director said that he is seeking a ‘Latina who speaks Spanish.’ Surprisingly, Lee picked Rosario Dawson for the role although she doesn’t speak any Spanish either… “[Lee] said, ‘We’re going to hire a Latin girl who can speak Spanish,’ and then he hired Rosario. What’s so funny is that I’ve worked with Rosario and she’s like, I don’t speak Spanish.’ I was like, ‘You don’t?’ And she was like, ‘No!’”

Jessica Alba got a surprise baby shower from Tyra Banks on national TV. Alba, who showed up to promote her upcoming movie THE EYE, got a was surprised when Tyra presented her with a stage full of presents worth over $6000!

When asked about pregnancy, Jessica spoke about enjoying her ever growing cleavage which she never had before… “I’ve never dealt with cleavage before… it’s a whole new thing. I’ve increased from a 32B to a 34D.”

Jessica Alba is apparently going to be an “Amazing” Mom. This is according to her pal, Eva Longoria…

Longoria spoke to PEOPLE at the premiere of her new comedy Over Her Dead Body and said “She’s going to be amazing!”

Eva added that “She has to be one of the most compassionate, loving people you’ve ever met, and she is going to raise the most awesome human being in this world!”

On the Alba-Warren match, Eva said “Cash has to be another amazing human being, so the two together – it’s a no-brainer!”

The ever growing Jessica Alba was on Regis and Kelly this morning and here is part 1 of the interview. In this part Jessica spoke about eating healthy, bot ‘pigging out’ and how Cash is coping with the situation. Jessica said the is in a ‘nesting state’ and it is really bizzare.

On Sundance, Jessica said that it was her first time out there, and that it was very hard to get in to movies as tickets needed to be booked over a month in advance.
