Jessica Alba is set to make a guest star appearance on an upcoming episode of Sesame Street. Alba will join a long line of celebs already lined up for the show’s 39th season which includes David Beckham, Heidi Klum, Neil Patrick Harris, Sandra Oh, Jenny McCarthy, Will Arnett, Feist and Dolphins player Jason Taylor.

We’ll be looking forward to it.

Looking for a good picture of Jessica Alba’s neck tattoo?

In the past few months I got several mails asking me if I have a good photo of Jessica Alba’s neck tattoo. A short research on Google brought up no such quality pictures so I figured I’d go to my image resources (which are very limited these days…).

I found this picture of Jessica Alba at the 2008 Oscars with her back to the camera and a pretty good shot of her neck tattoo. It looks like a flower or sideways butterfly, not sure (do you have any idea?).

I will update this post as I find more such photos. In the meantime, here it is:

Naked Angelina Jolie in Wanted

Sin City 2 is still in pre-production stages and while Jessica Alba is working on sheding the extra pounds before production starts in early 2009, Angelina Jolie had confirmed that that she would like to join forces with Frank Miller following her pregnancy.

Angelina mentioned that she wants to get back into Action movies and that she thinks that working with Miller could be a great opportunity.

In a recent interview to MTV.com Jolie said: “I found the first Sin City impressive, but I don’t know what they’re going to do with the next one to make (it) as original as the first one.

“I’d be curious. I think he’s a genius.”

I watched Angelina Jolie this weekend in Wanted which, I think, was well done and very entertaining. If she can get back to the same shape she was in wanted I would love to see her back in another action movie. The scene of her getting our of the tub all naked was GREAT!

Jessica Alba announced long time ago about her intention to have a “brown baby” who is bi-lingual. Well it appears as if until today it was only a plan and now that Honor Marie was born, Jessica isn’t quite prepared to speak Spanish to her.

Since she haven’t spoken the language in years, Jessica’s Spanish is quite rusty, but she knows she needs to bone up and re-learn it for her little girl.

“Jessica wants to try to brush up on her language skills so that she can start speaking Spanish at home in front of Honor,” a friend of the 27-year-old tells OK!.

“She knows that her own Spanish skills are not what they should be, and while she’s always under a lot of criticism, she is trying to make amends for that and do what’s right for her baby,” the source says. [source]

They say that since babies learn real easy if one spoke to their baby in 2 languages the as they grow up they are likely to speak both. Good luck on that Spanish though…

Looks like the links we posted last night to Jessica Alba post-pregnancy photos was indeed current and today we get a new set of Jessica Alba and Cash Warren around town along with baby Honor Marie.

The baby was in a carrier all covered up so I doubt the couple have given up the option to sell a set of the newborn. My guess is that if such a deal is closed it is a matter of weeks before it is out.

Amidst bad reviews The Love Guru made it to 4th spot when in this past weekend charts, raking in $14 million (not being sarcastic here :).

The movie was topped by Get Smart ($39 million), Kung Fu Panda ($21 million) and the Incredible Hulk ($21 million).

“Mike Myers, the master of the spy spoof, opens his movie against a spy comedy, and the spy movie genre was obviously a lot more appealing to audiences,” Paul Dergarabedian, president of box-office tracker Media By Numbers, told the Associated Press.

Personally, I didn’t watch the movie but hit up Iron Man, which was phenomenal BTW. Did you see The Love Guru? How did you like it?

Jessica Alba’s friend and Sin City co-star, Rosario Dawson, was asked over the weekend about her wishes for newly mom Jessica Alba.

Dawson said that she is sure Jessica will be coping well with her new responsibilities. She told People.com: “She’ll be really attentive and really strong and she’ll be a great role model. She’s very smart and I like that about her.

“I don’t know what people think about her on the outside or what their impression is, but Jessica is very strong and a very powerful woman.

“She’ll probably be the disciplinarian more than Cash. I can definitely see that.”

Personally, ever since Tarantino’s Death Wish I really like Dawson. What do you say? hot or not?

Following this handful of bad reviews and more that I just skipped can The Love Guru really not suck after all? Well if it is up to ESPN’s Sam Alipour he keeps his hopes up.

In a column titled Why “The Love Guru” can’t possibly suck Alipour who describes himself as a guy who “dude who has no vested interest in promoting this movie and explained by a dude who knows comedy, hockey and Jessica Alba’s tonsils” outlines 15½ reasons why “The Love Guru” doesn’t suck:

The Love Guru is finally out and what seemed to be an exciting production from the brilliant mind of Mike Myers seems more and more like a flop…

While the movie only came out today, media outlet have been posting their reviews in the past couple of days and things don’t look good. Maybe we should go see Anne Hathaway on Get Smart rather than Jessica Alba on The Love Guru.

NPR’s Marco Schnabel writes: “Austin Powers and Shrek have nothing to worry about — but unsuspecting audiences sure do.” He adds that regardless of the participation of Stephen Colbert, Ben Kingsley and John Oliver “None of them — not one, not for a moment — is remotely funny.”

Empire Movies says that while 80% of people did not give the movie a chance, he went to watch it with an objective mind. However, even that didn’t help because “Mike Myers could not save this movie. The Maple Leafs winning The Stanley Cup could not save it. I’m not even sure if Jessica Alba would have flashed those perfect breasts of hers that “The Love Guru” could have been saved. It’s that bad.”
