Since welcoming baby Honor Marie last June, Jessica Alba has been a very hands-on Hollywood mom. She is rarely seen in public without Honor attached to her hip and her weekdays frequently include trips to the park, while weekends involve family time with Honor and her husband, Cash Warren.

According to The National Enquirer (trusted source? probably not), Jessica, who reportedly has always wanted a larger family, is ready to try for baby number two.

Says the source, “Jessica and Cash are working overtime to get pregnant. She and Cash are boasting that they love being parents and are determined to expand their family as soon as possible.”

Here’s a taste of what you’ll find inside:

On giving birth: “Contractions aren’t that bad. If you’ve ever had bad cramps? That’s what they’re like. But that moment when they put the baby on your chest – that’s deep. It’s a deep experience.”

On losing weight after baby: “I’m not completely back to where I was. It’s not the same, but it’s not that serious. I’d rather spend an evening with my baby and give her a bath and read her stories and watch her roll around than go work out in a gym.”

On growing up in the movie business: “We moved around a lot. At schools, I never really fit in. I was always hanging out with, like, the school nurse or my teachers—if that. On my first set, I was like, “Oh, I belong somewhere.” Movies, on every level, are like a circus of misfits. It’s a very bizarre life; it’s intense, and everyone has to be good at what they do or you won’t survive—you’ll just get crushed.”

Jessica Alba plans on being a mother to her child rather than a friend and hopes that her kids will still come up to her with problems.

In a recent interview to FitPregnancy Jessica Alba said “I don’t want to be my child’s best friend; I want to be a mom. But I do want my child to come to me when they have problems and need to talk, so it’s going to be about treading that line.”

Jessica was also asked about going through pregnancy and said that the pregnancy had mellowed her out.

“At the end of the day I am so tired I can’t function or speak and my eyes glaze over, but this pregnancy has seriously mellowed me out, which is nice. I’ve been going, going, going for so long, it feels nice not to take things so seriously.”

There’s still not a huge amount of details out there yet about Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s “quiet” wedding, but here’s what has emerged thus far:

• They were married Monday, May 19 in the morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse.
• They basically were married as soon as their marriage license was processed.
• They applied for the license, and were married 40 minutes later in the courthouse’s ceremony room.
• The room was decorated with fake white flowers.
• Jessica was wearing a blue dress and had her hair in a ponytail.
• There were no guests at all - just Jessica and Cash.
• Her own family did not even know about the wedding!

Jessica seems to really hate the paparazzi, so good for her finally getting some privacy, even if it kinda sucks for her family to find out afterwards…

Jessica Alba has no misconceptions on the challenges of being a mother.  Says Jessica in the June/July issue of Fit Pregnancy:

A lot of blogs and news sources out there are taking this to mean that Jessica is going to be a strict mom.  I disagree, I think that Jessica intends to have a well-behaved daughter, who isn’t spoiled and who she doesn’t go out and party at clubs with every night like, say, Dina Lohan.  Way to go, Jessica, for being one of the most level headed mothers in Hollywood.

Jessica gave an interview with Fit Pregnancy for the June/July issue and talked candidly about how pregnancy has changed her.  “At the end of the day I am so tired I can’t function or speak and my eyes glaze over, but this pregnancy has seriously mellowd me out, which is nice.  I’ve been going, going, going for so long, it feels nice not to take things so seriously.”

As far as cravings are concerned, Jessica’s been wanting citrus products!  Pickles and ice cream are so cliche…

Jessica Alba is learning to deal with her pregnancy and it appears as if the scares of birth are getting to her. Jessica recently told reporters about her nightmares which ranged from “having stretch marks” to breast feeding and more. Jessica added that she wakes up multiple times during these nightmares… tough…

I’ve had a few of these pregnancy nightmares. I plan to breastfeed [and I've had nightmares about that]. Last night, it was about stretch marks. I got up at three o’clock in the morning and I rubbed anti-stretch marks cream on my belly. Cash was like, ‘What are you doing?’ Whatever my body is going to do, I just want my baby to be healthy. I’m going to give my child as much love as possible. That’s really my priority.

Along with twins news, just days ago, Jessica Alba was also given a due date for her birth. It was set for June 8th, 2008. Save the date…

The latest rumor about Jessica Alba’s pregnancy is that Jessica is now expecting twins. Unlike claimed before, it is now said that Jessica does not know the sex of the baby(s). Either way if rumors are true, Jessica and Cash got to be upset as so far they’ve prepared a nursery for only one baby and this makes it all complicated.

According to the NATIONAL ENQUIRER, Jessica was so happy about the news that she told all her friends who, in turn, called the tabloid and said “Knowing that she’s going to have twins has turned Jessica’s life upside down. She and (fiance) Cash have had to scrap plans for a one-baby nursery and start all over again.” When asked about the sex of the twins, the source said “They’re not sure whether they want to know the sex of the babies now or wait to be surprised.”

Jessica Alba is coping with the fact that her body is growing changing and while she used to really hate it, it sounds as if she learned to deal with these changes.

Jessica spoke on The Today Show where she said that while the change was not a surprise for her, it was the additional feelings that came with it that did, “You go, ‘What’s happening?’ You definitely have to go with the flow.” Alba added “You have to surrender, but it’s a shock to the system.”

On having her first child Alba said “I’ve always loved kids and I’ve always wanted kids, so this is, you know, it’s kind of perfect.”

“I feel really blessed. I feel really lucky. This is the best time ever … It’s the best year.”

On possible wedding: “I’ve thought about [getting married]. I’ve thought about it, yeah.”
