Jessica Alba’s Socially-Conscious Source

July 30, 2008 by Gilad

Jessica Alba is very socially conscious. From the food she eats (Wholefoods/organic) to her car (Toyota Prius) and now even her baby nursery source are all socially-conscious & eco-friendly.

When shopping for her nursery, Jessica shopped at Serena and Lily, a revolutionary Sausalito business which lists “values healthy communities and the human spirit” as its business statement.

How is it socially-conscious? It is done through strong support for organizations that help underprivileged and at-risk women and children, like Baby Buggy, Quilts for Kids, and a Homeless Prenatal Program. The store is also eco-friendly and offers such products like their low-VOC paint.

So, wanna be like Alba while helping the needy and the environment at the same time? Consider shopping at Serena and Lily.
