On a hot summer day, what’s a great way to spend the afternoon than shopping and enjoying the good company of your shopping buddy. This is what we call the quintessential girl bonding time.  We talk about life while we shop.  Yes, we do.

Our one and only “Into the Blue” starlet, now a blonde Jessica Alba was spotted doing just that, bonding with her young friend shopping in Beverly Hills (July2nd).

She was also getting a nice manicure and taking it easy as you can see in this video below:

I found this YouTube video of Jessica Alba in Revlon’s commercial for the “Double Twist Mascara”. She, of course, looks stunning in this commercial wearing a dark purple/blue raincoat, with her long hair in classic waves and long curls.

However, I’m not sure if the product itself is highly recommended. There’s been mixed reviews on many make-up and fashion blogs but from what I’ve seen, it’s definitely not a recommended product to buy. That’s too bad, but with Jessica Alba in Revlon’s ad campaign I know that her presence alone, despite bad reviews, definitely will increase their sales for their new make-up product.

I found this cute video of Honor Marie in the playground on a swing and playing in the sandbox and I couldn’t resist putting it up.  There’s also another video of Honor’s mommy, Jessica Alba, playing with her.  The videos are actually still photos of them enjoying a day together in the playground (June 4th).  Honor is absolutely adorable and we don’t get to see a lot of close-up photos of her like this.

Moving towards news about Honor’s gorgeous mommy, Jessica definitely had a pretty active weekend, which I was glad to share with you.  I’ve kept saying news of Jessica Alba have been slow but she’s definitely been out and about with her family or enjoying a night out and socializing at the BET Awards pre-party this past weekend.  Her and her family, Cash Warren and Honor Marie were again spotted Sunday afternoon (June 28th) in Beverly Hills getting  a bite to eat.

The “Fantastic Four” hottie & co. headed out to Jack and Jill’s in Beverly Hills, California to satisfy their craving for some delicious lunch, doing their best to ignore the paparazzi.

It’s great to see Jessica Alba and Cash Warren on a night out with some friends.  They were spotted this past Saturday night (June 27th) looking stylish and happy at My House Nightclub in Los Angeles.

I have to say Cash Warren was looking pretty good by his wife’s side wearing a blue blazer with a striped shirt and a blue and red tie.  Jessica Alba, of course was looking stunning as ever in her black and white ensemble, wearing black harem pants with a black sash for a belt.  I have to say I’m not a big fan of the harem pants and I’ve always looked at them with a question ‘why would you wear that?’ but, she definitely makes harem pants look good in this candid shot.

According to the Celebrity Gossip website, Jessica Alba and her husband, Cash Warren were spotted on a family retail outing at one of the popular shopping stores, Barneys New York in Beverly Hills this past Saturday (June 27th).  Of course, Honor Marie came along as well cute as ever!  She was spotted in Jessica’s arms while the hubby handled the shopping cart and put away the baby stroller into their car.

News of Jessica Alba have been slow lately.   But, no need to despair fellow Albafans.  Slowly but surely there’s been some news trickling in through the gaps of all the latest headlines (one, which being the sad news of the death of Michael Jackson) about her shopping for a home in New York City (look like they’re still looking since late March).  According to the New York Post (June 18th), Jessica Alba and her family, Cash Warren and Honor Marie, were spotted scouting for a new home in various areas of The Big Apple:

Alba, hubby Cash Warren and adorable baby Honor Marie were house-hunting in the West Village. But they have since become enamored with some penthouses they visited at the Fairchild, a chic, 21-unit TriBeCa building

Picking Fairchild as their new home would be a great choice, especially if they are thinking of providing little Honor with a brother or sister (or both!). The Fairchild is known for it’s  chic, gorgeous and spacious apartments and being located in the TriBeCa neighborhood, there’s  also great schools nearby for Honor Marie.

It’s looking like one of the movies Jessica Alba has signed on with, Valentine’s Day, is becoming a much anticipated movie for next February  just because of its all-star cast.  Jessica Alba will be  one of the major stars starring in this romantic comedy.

The movie is said to be about five interconnecting stories set in Los Angeles about couples going through make-ups and break-ups around the day of  Valentine’s Day.  The movie is set to be released (tentatively) on February 12th, 2010.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the following stars that have signed on for this movie:

Topher Grace, Emma Roberts and Hector Elizondo have joined the cast of New Line’s romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day,” being directed by Garry Marshall.

The trio joins Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper and Ashton Kutcher…

Now that the filming of her movie, The Killer Inside of Me is all wrapped up, Jessica is  taking her time off spending quality time with her husband, Cash Warren and daughter, Honor Marie.

In the meantime, I found this great YouTube video to entertain you that shows another side of Jessica that we don’t get to see too often.  We all know how sexy and beautiful she is - especially since she was voted #2 in FHM’s of 100 Sexiest Women in 2009.  This video highlights her other best assets - her wacky sense of humor.  I burst out laughing at some of the clips.  Hope you enjoy it too!

On Saturday, May 30th, Jessica took baby Honor to Tom’s Toys in Beverly Hills. She was seen shopping with several of her friends as well. I never recognize any of Jessica’s friends, meaning most likely they aren’t famous. That’s just one more bit of proof that she is so down-to-earth like we always here. She can hang with non-celebrities! You can see the pictures here and the video here.

On the same day as the Tom’s Toys visit, Jessica and Honor went to a birthday party in Coldwater. Jessica can be seen smiling, laughing and just having a good time. You can see in the video that Honor starts crying. Maybe she wasn’t ready to leave! Check out the pictures here and the video here.

On June 1st, the paparazzi caught up with Jessica and Honor shopping at Whole Foods in Beverly Hills. It looks like this mom-daughter duo had one busy weekend together!

Since welcoming baby Honor Marie last June, Jessica Alba has been a very hands-on Hollywood mom. She is rarely seen in public without Honor attached to her hip and her weekdays frequently include trips to the park, while weekends involve family time with Honor and her husband, Cash Warren.

According to The National Enquirer (trusted source? probably not), Jessica, who reportedly has always wanted a larger family, is ready to try for baby number two.

Says the source, “Jessica and Cash are working overtime to get pregnant. She and Cash are boasting that they love being parents and are determined to expand their family as soon as possible.”
