Here’s a taste of what you’ll find inside:

On giving birth: “Contractions aren’t that bad. If you’ve ever had bad cramps? That’s what they’re like. But that moment when they put the baby on your chest – that’s deep. It’s a deep experience.”

On losing weight after baby: “I’m not completely back to where I was. It’s not the same, but it’s not that serious. I’d rather spend an evening with my baby and give her a bath and read her stories and watch her roll around than go work out in a gym.”

On growing up in the movie business: “We moved around a lot. At schools, I never really fit in. I was always hanging out with, like, the school nurse or my teachers—if that. On my first set, I was like, “Oh, I belong somewhere.” Movies, on every level, are like a circus of misfits. It’s a very bizarre life; it’s intense, and everyone has to be good at what they do or you won’t survive—you’ll just get crushed.”

Jessica Alba is featured in the July/August issue of Gulp magazine. It looks Jessica got the cover along with a short (2-page) interview. Problem is, the entire thing is in Spanish… Any of our Spanish readers mind translating for us?

Guys, we are not the only ones hating Jessica Alba being pregnant and not the only ones happy about the quick weight drop. Jessica Alba herself feels just like us…

In August’s issue of Cosmopolitan magazine (UK) Jessica opened up about the pregnancy experience “I never felt less sexy,” she said of her own pregnancy. “I mean, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world … but I wanted to get rid of all the weight.”

Jessica Alba plans on being a mother to her child rather than a friend and hopes that her kids will still come up to her with problems.

In a recent interview to FitPregnancy Jessica Alba said “I don’t want to be my child’s best friend; I want to be a mom. But I do want my child to come to me when they have problems and need to talk, so it’s going to be about treading that line.”

Jessica was also asked about going through pregnancy and said that the pregnancy had mellowed her out.

“At the end of the day I am so tired I can’t function or speak and my eyes glaze over, but this pregnancy has seriously mellowed me out, which is nice. I’ve been going, going, going for so long, it feels nice not to take things so seriously.”

Jessica Alba is featured on next month’s issue (Feb08) of CosmoGirl and the title reads, “Jessica Alba, How she went from Misfit to Mis Fab!.” The magazine had released 3 preview pages from the issue in which Jessica is quoted as saying “My mom always calls me after reading the tabloids to say ‘Why don’t you call them to tell them that what they say is not true?’.”

When I first ran across these scans I thought to myself, GREAT! INSTYLE magazine (UK) in January will feature Jessica Alba, awesome. But when I looked closely at the photos they looked familiar… That is when I realized that they’ve been posted before, right about May of 07 when INSTYLE US featured her. But then it got even better, they used the entire shoot with the same photo on the cover, same photo in the index and same photos inside. Didn’t know mags like that recycle content in such way…
