Jessica Alba mentioned recently that she is worried worried her baby girl’s health.

In this week’s OK Magazine interview Jessica revealed that she was a very sick kid and that she wishes differently for her newborn. As a part of these attempts, Jessica maintained a very healthy diet and spent numerous hours studying her own mother’s diet during her pregnancy. She made sure to take different medication and stir away from certain foods.

Jessica explained “I was always being sent home sick from school and sometimes I was out for weeks. If I got a cold, I automatically got pneumonia. Sometimes it was so bad I was in the hospital.

“I’ve come to think that perhaps I was a product of my environment or the vaccines, or something my mother took when she was pregnant.”

Guys, we are not the only ones hating Jessica Alba being pregnant and not the only ones happy about the quick weight drop. Jessica Alba herself feels just like us…

In August’s issue of Cosmopolitan magazine (UK) Jessica opened up about the pregnancy experience “I never felt less sexy,” she said of her own pregnancy. “I mean, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world … but I wanted to get rid of all the weight.”

Earlier this week I posted about Jessica Alba’s plans for the last few weeks before giving birth and failed to mention that shopping is going to be an essential part of these weeks.

Jessica was spotted doing some “baby shopping” last Thursday afternoon at Bel Bambini (where she is also registered) in Beverly Hills.

According to a source for PEOPLE.com: “She was picking up last-minute essentials. She was so excited and said she was due any minute! She just seemed relaxed and ready to welcome home her baby.”

Jessica Alba was accompanied by a friend during her shopping spree. She picked up items such as Born Free baby bottles, a Boppy breastfeeding pillow, a Tiny Love mobile, Sage Creek organic crib sheets and organic baby clothing from Kicky Pants and Pixie Lily. Our fave actress, who is expecting a girl, also bought baby headbands and hair clips.

So, is Jessica Alba a milf yet? I am not sure what the rule is but she will sure be within the next 3 weeks and boy what a style she have had this pregnancy. She can seriously give most celebs a lesson….

Upon announcement of her pregnancy back in December, Jessica Alba mentioned that she is determined to marry her baby-daddy Cash Warren before the birth of her baby and now, 6 months later and 6 week before her due date, she is still determined to do so.

Jessica was quoted in this weekend’s issue of the they’ve set the date but refused to reveal their plans, just saying: “I’m getting married, yes.”

But there’s no doubt that Jessica’s priorities had shifted for the time being she has just one thing on her mind - the arrival of her new baby.

She added: “I’m trying to stay relatively healthy and fit.”

“It helps with the labor and anything that makes labor easier, I’m all for.”

On a regular day, Jessica Alba is all over the place. Running, seeing, working and all together she’s like the “Energizer Bunny”. However, her late pregnancy had forced her to slow down and pay more attention to details such as food and nutrients.

Jessica recently said, “I have to make sure that I’m eating more of the right nutrients and vitamins, but I’m not used to eating this much.

“I’ve had to take time out of the day to eat before I get cranky and rundown and tired. Before I was just like the energizer bunny.”

A bit over a month before her due date Jessica Alba is working hard to wrap up the preparations for her birth.

Jessica spoke to a PEOPLE crew at the book party for Healthy Child Healthy World author Christopher Gavigan:

“I’m just trying to get my house ready before the baby comes, it’s kind of hectic, it’s getting close and the house isn’t even ready yet.”

More than 5 months into her pregnancy, Jessica Alba is keeping healthy. Alba believes that a healthy baby must “grow” in a healthy body and provides the best for her baby.

In a recent interview Jessica Alba spoke about the preparations in her personal life for a baby. She spoke about the new house, car, and even food. We’ve seen quite a few photos of Jessica and Cash at the local Wholefoods so I believe that. Here’s what she said:

I led a life that didn’t include a child. So I’m changing my lifestyle to include a family. Everything has to change, from the car to the house. I’m enjoying preparing the nursery.

I’m excited. I’m going to love my child to the most that I possibly can. I have a different perspective on things now. Things that used to be so important, like my work, aren’t as much anymore. Now, it’s family.

Career is great but life is about your family and love. That’s much more important than something that can be taken away from you, like if you have 10 movies that bomb in a row. Then you have no more career. But you will always have your child.

The latest rumor about Jessica Alba’s pregnancy is that Jessica is now expecting twins. Unlike claimed before, it is now said that Jessica does not know the sex of the baby(s). Either way if rumors are true, Jessica and Cash got to be upset as so far they’ve prepared a nursery for only one baby and this makes it all complicated.

According to the NATIONAL ENQUIRER, Jessica was so happy about the news that she told all her friends who, in turn, called the tabloid and said “Knowing that she’s going to have twins has turned Jessica’s life upside down. She and (fiance) Cash have had to scrap plans for a one-baby nursery and start all over again.” When asked about the sex of the twins, the source said “They’re not sure whether they want to know the sex of the babies now or wait to be surprised.”
